of the author of ΓÇ£Our National ParksΓÇ¥ ΓÇ£The Mountains of CaliforniaΓÇ¥ and I wish I could carry a picture of the mountains I have seen ΓÇô with me always. I can close m y eyes now, and see them as we do on the train but IΓÇÖm afraid when I get back to brick and mortar even that satisfaction will fade. We are going on to Oregon and I hope to meet John and his wife there and go through the Yellowstone with them. I hope you will not deny my request but will give us a chance to meet you if only for half an hour. Sincerely your friend Mrs. Isabella G. Sanderson General Delivery San Francisco
