Dear Miss Kellogg

Many thanks for the picture of the John Muir School. I’m proud of the honor of having my name placed on so fine a building in Pasadena.

I shall not be able to write anything worthwhile for your next excursion to the Muir Lodge. You might read however the enclosed circular and show the pictures.

Ever faithfully yours John Muir
