Dear Miss Kellogg-
I’m very glad to get your letter and the picture of the fine Muir Lodge. Send one of the school. It’s pleasant to be remembered in this way in the midst of this long drawn out battle for our National parks. I’ve done no other work since the present fight began – over three months. A letter from Mrs. Kellogg told your journey east. Glad you are again at work on your book. I hope to see it before it goes to press. I never saw any M.S. so fine as yours.
