Natick, MassMay 19th 1913.Dear Mr Muir:Just a wee bit scart to say that your kind letter, and book arrived together last Friday morning. I am not able to fittingly express how much I think of the book and the hearty sentiment inscribed on the fly leaf. But I can assure you it will be carefully treasured, and will have a place in my book-case alongside of "Our National Parks", and "Stickeen." I am glad that my letter carried you back to the Ancient and Royal Burgh. True it is, as you say, as we go along down the 05455
