Martinez, Sep 9. 1913Dear Mr Parsons.I think with you that we must concentrate our efforts on the Senate. Each senator has already received copies of our print circular, Johnson's letter & our own first letter, so have all the principal newspapers & our best known friends. The 3000 copies left, I suppose should go the Who's Whos & as many more as you think ought to be printed.Then I think we should get ready as quickly as possible a new circular or leaflet for the senators and everybody we can reach.Get our club members to write personal letters to senators & the President. Also the members of other mountaineer clubs & in particular women's clubs. try to stir up a perfect storm of letters, filling the senate chamber with
