Martinez, Jan 20, 1913Dear Helen:How how have you & family got through this cold wet grippy weather? We are well hear & glad of the blessed rain. The mud was frozen hard this morning Hope no further damage is done to the orange groves.Mr Morgan was here this morning about a [sewer?] on the Fraser tract. He said all had signed petition except you & one other who was absent but sent word he was in favor of the work & would sign when he returned. Did you receive the paper Mr Morgan sent?
