She was pleased with everything and not suffering. sleeping a great part of the time. she seems to have been just worn out and was in her 90th year.The last I heard of you was that you were still in the Valley and busy writing. and that all were in usual health. I had a letter from Mary very lately. She was asking about you. she and her family were all in good health. I also had letters from Joanna and Bernice[3]They too were well. The girls had been away on their summer vacation and had a fine time. Ethel and Bessie have good positions in the same office and Bernice helps her mother at home. Marjorie is home from her work at P[illegible] and will start to-morrow for Los Angeles and will attend the normal school. Anna who has been making a stay with Mrs Foster and her cousins the Guidinger family, for some time returned about two weeks ago. She too will return so that she can be with
