Sept. 10, 3.Hon. Wesley L. Jones, Senate Chamber,Washington, D. C.Dear Sir: The Pacific Coast is particularly interested, both from a patriotic and financial stand point, in the preservation and development of the national parks of this region. We earnestly protest against the shortsighted attempt to destroy any of the wonderful scenery of the Yosemite National Park, and urge you to oppose any bill which will permit San Francisco to use Hetch Hetchy as a municipal water tank.
