ARNOLD ARBORETUM.we can make additions or corrections if needed, I do not believe it would be wise to hold it another year. It might be held twenty and there would still be things to learn about these trees, and each year brings me nearer the end of my line.In case we can manage to make the run together to Alaska, I suppose we should take the boat at Victoria. Is there any chance of getting transportation on the steamer? I feel excited and stimulated at the thought of taking you by the hand again.Faithfully yours,[illegible]
