TypedDear MamaWe reached here safely last night and will start for Hetch Hetchy day after tomorrow, we had a most delightful trip in with cool weather fine comfortable stage, good horses and smooth roads, It was snowing a little when we got to Hazel Green but it didn't seem very cold. The [crowd?] is just fine, everyone is having a fine time, is jolly and eats and works well. Last night we slept out under a sugar pine and this morning I felt really rested for the first time in over a month. To-day we have just loafed and breathed [pine?] [illegible] and looked at the pines and the river and been perfectly and absolutely happy. We all look like dagoes already and no one would
