[in margin: 315]Mar. 1, 1903Dear Mr. Muir:-I have been reading your book "Our National Parks", & I am delighted with it, Some time ago I read "Mountains of Cal." which my brother purchased when on the Pacific Coast. In the magazine "Country Life in America", I have been greatly interested in your Sierra Club. I want to know more about it; will you go out with a party this summer? and what are the requirements? What the expense, etc. etc.Would it be too much for you to write me in regard to the same? all of us who love nature, are under great obligation to you03173
