TypedCamp at Horse CorralThursday eveningDear Papa & MamaThis is the end of the second & hardest day and me & everyone else is feeling fine & not the least bit tired. Every one has had to go with the three days party because the grass at both [Burton's?] & [illegible] Meadows was too short for even a few horses & besides as all the gentle horses &mules are being riden & there is only one good leader, the others are all wild, part of them were "broken" for the occasion the day before we started & have caused no end of trouble but every thing has gone just beautifully & such a delightfully good natured crowd I never saw before. I haven't seen any one cross or heard a single complaint. Helen & I have enjoyed09188
