Asia by the Russian road, through Siberia & Manchuria to Peking, thence to Japan Jar[illegible] & Manilla - to look at trees rocks etc. I did not forget Mrs Tully's book Prairie girl, It is a charming picture of child life in the old West. But after reading Julian Hawthorne's review I thought anything I could say might do less good than harm.
