[Gamma Phi Beta] House, Monday afternoonDear MamaMy tarriff theme is finished and handed in and I feel as if I didn't have anything else in the world to do for the rest of this term, which certainly is far from being the case. By way of celebration I'm going to write this letter on the two peices of theme paper that are left but as I have already written twenty pages of theme & six more on an English ex which I didn't know anything about, today it isnt likely to be either ledgible or inteligable Well, I haven't done much lately except read write, talk and think about Political economy Last Saturday we had just a lovely time at the frat banquet, over at the California hotel, there were 25 of us at the table. I enclose some of my proofs which may amuse you, I think they are all bad but the one that is going in the picture is better than the ones I send you, the dress don't look very well either for the lace in the neck is so very thin that it don't show hardly at all but looks ragged.09254
