Martinez Feb 3, 1891.My dear Mr Sellers.Yesterday I went to town, handed Keith the $200. for the clear Lake picture, & saw it prepared for shipment to you by express. it will be sent today & I feel sure that it will recal many lovely bits of landscape that you & Mrs Sellers & the one bright boy have seen in your long wanderings over God’s beautiful world. It has always seemed marvellous to me that so few know how to mix & [illegible]
