Whereas there have been filledd with the sierra Club certain complaints against the [management?] of the Yosemite valley; And whereas it is the [policy?] of the Yosemite Valley; and whereas it is the policy of this glubto give all such [complaints?] a fair and just hearing and investigation, at the same time to do [entire?] justice to the Yosemite Valley [Commission;s?]New therefore,be it resolved that a committee of five be appointed by the president of the Club to investigste all such [complaints?] as are new on file with the[illegible] or as may hereafter be made; said committee to report at its earliest [illegible] trttaiy or at [oppertmits?] and to hava full power to ineur[illegible?]for the purpose of [illegible] investigations,01612
