I wish I knew more about that village of yours If I could find something to do in addition to selling real estate &c &c I am feeling a little better but haven’t much [‘Sand’?] It seems hard to get my spirits & hope revived. We intend to go to Crete in a few days to see Mrs Waterman. Juliaette says you must be sure & write to mother as she feels lonesome.
