wherress there have been filed with the sierra Club eartain complaints against the [managment?] of the Yosemite valley; and whereas it is the policy of this [glubto?] give all such complaints a fair and just hearing and invtatigation, and at the same time to be entire justice to the Yosemite Valley [Commission;?]Now therefore, be it resolved that a Committee of five be appointed by the President of the Club to investigate all such complaints at are now on file with the [seeretary] or as may hereafter be made; said Committee to report at its earliest [oportunity?] and to have full power to [illegible] for the purpose of investigations.01612
