Portage Dec, 17th 1889.Dear Danl & Emma,It seems a very long time since I have had any nes from either of you - I thought I must write now I hope you are all well, and if your Baby Boy is thriving as well as Joanna's Baby girl he will be doing very well indeed. Joanna is still with us, and Walter is still in Philadelphia and how long he will be there seems to be quite uncertain.
