[2] 01376very easy to write to you now. I know so little of your home or your interests and you know so little of our humble sphere = but is it not time for a change? They tell me that Louie is not much given to letter writing but long ago you were always the prompt one and I the one slow to respond - Let us know more of each other, I should really like to become acquainted with Louie and shall hope to have that pleasure in days to come. I look at the photographs of your little daughters very often - and 2, [3]always admire them. You were very kind to send them. I did not succeed in getting good photo's of our baby last summer or I should have sent you one in this. We have no good photo' artists in this place - I made a lifesize watercolor of her last fall and we are well pleased with it. I should like to work one up of little Helen Lillian if I though you would like it. They are very soft and pretty - and I feel sure I could at least get a good copy of the photograph.
