By increase of pressure on account of accumulating steam the water level in "A" is forced down to the opening "B," and the Geyser "goes off." I have left the [course?] to the geyser for you to imagine. The more I think of it, the better satisfied I am that the present location of the Yosemite Valley was determined by [wrinklings?] and convulsions of the earth's crust long ages before the ice period. Is it not so? The Nevada Stage Co. paid me $25, for our pleasant sojourn at Copperopolis.Regards all. Ever Yours,Willis Hand01393
