-you may still continue to use it Building goes on here very briskly, and property of every kind has advanced in value very much this season David is now having his house much enlarged , so they will all feel more comfortable his health is much better than it has been, but I wish he could have a long vacation this summer. I am glad to know that they are all well at Crete as it is a good while since I had a letter from there Joanna seems to be quite well pleased with her Southern home, but thinks she may come north during the hottest monthsYour father [illegible – page torn] restless already, although he thought that the climate of Ark. was the best he had ever seen “I wonder if he will never settle”. The house I ocupy is a good brick one, on Conant Street not far from the business part of the city containing five rooms with pantry and kitchen the rooms are quite small so we think we are rather crowded, we have a flower garden in the rear as large as I want to care for – Blessings unnumbered surround my path – for which I am thankful to the giver of all good With much love to all and hoping Gods blessing rests upon you all.I am affectionately Mother
