and I had Scribner & The Sunday Magazine renewed to me, I mention these as being the nicest, although. we each rec’d some other presents which were very nice. Mary writes that they had a Christmas there, and Musical, which were first class. She is very well, and entertained all the Hands on that day – Joanna is well also, and says little Ethel is remarkably vigerous and well —Mother and myself are as usual – perhaps more comfortable than other winters as we still go out to dinner so that Mother has very little work to trouble her. Father is still in Ark. and is well. Mother says I must not put in more than a half sheet so I am compeled to be brief. Give my love to Jno. Louie and Wanda. Don’t fail to bring home Photos when you come. You are escaping a cold winter upon which I congratulate youYour Affect. Sister Annie G.
