Your very kind letter of July 10 & 15 was recd. - but I delayed writing you expecting every day to hear from Mary. it is over a month since she left home – and at that time she expected her affair to come off in Sept. and I expected you all to be here at that time – we will surely hear of her soon. Joanna is much pleased with the Milk prescrip- -tion you sent her – but her health dont seem to improve at present, and she is very nervous -
