Abstract
To apply technology to training and education, course producers and application developers need to follow a set of guidelines and development objectives. This paper provides an overview of educational technology based on research and assumptions related to information systems, communications, and learning. Based on these perspectives, a list of objectives for implementing educational applications is generated, and ways of achieving the suggested objectives are proposed and discussed.
