Abstract
The continuing development of telecommunication technology has made possible a new form of computer-based training (CBT)—online training (OLT), using computer networks as the primary channel to conduct training activities. OLT provides the flexibility and efficiency of computer-based training as well as the individual attention and support of instructor-guided training. The implementation of OLT can take many forms. Its difficulty depends on factors such as communication methods, information formats, and providers of training.
