Abstract

目的体外比较临床常用两种链状弹力圈,固定拉伸长度后,在不同条件下力值随拉伸时间的衰减规律.方法测力计测量Classone和Ormco公司紧密型链状弹力圈在室温人工唾液pH=7,pH=5,pH=8,60℃人工唾液pH=7,37℃人工唾液pH=7条件下,初始、拉伸1小时、24小时、1周、2周、4周和6周的力值.结果链状弹力圈力值随时间衰减,不同pH值及温度均有影响.结论链状弹力圈力值在拉伸第一小时显著衰减;高温显著加速力值衰减;pH值改变力值衰减速率,但不影响衰减总量;两种产品力值衰减存在差异.
