Abstract
This Women’s History Month talk centers on a humanizing framework that advances gender equality. We will discuss gender inclusion and gender equity and their differences. The Transformative Allyship™ concept developed by Dr. Mary J is offered as a meaningful organizational approach to authentically develop and promote women and non-binary people into important leadership roles within the organization.
