Biography: Gordan Hasselblatt is a partner in the Cologne office of CMS Hasche Sigle. He has many years of experience and comprehensive expertise in intellectual property law focussing particularly on international trade mark and design law, unfair competition law, international licensing law, press law and cross-border litigation. In addition, Gordian Hasselblatt is particularly appreciated as an expert for trademark clearance (e.g. in the context of product launches at international level) and strategic management of large trade mark and design portfolios.
