1946 Christmas Window at Breuner's, Main and American, Stockton. Home Furnishings Since 1856. "The Country Store is Breuner's 10th old-fashioned, musical, moving Christmas display. The figures are life-size, the scene copies an old-time "emporium" of 1895, near John Breuner's first store, then 39 years old. Breuner's now operates 6 stores in Oakland, Sacramento, Stockton, Vallejo, Richmond and Berkeley.
