Dear Bro John

I have just come over to your house to bring some cherries & Louie suggests that I write a few lines to assure you that your family are all quite well. Helen looks much stronger than she did last summer. She has had only one little sick spell since you left & that lasted less than a day, we had two or three hot days about June 1st but since the 3d it has been delightful weather

the th[illegible] not getting much 70°. I have been reading some of your letters you or certainly having a grand time We are all well at our house also & every thing is going well as far as I can judge. Take good care of yourself. Cordialy
