The lot is 50ft x 140 facing port St. first ave being equal to 2 lots I think that it should bring $1200.00 part cash & the balance on time. Kindly let one know your pleasure in the matter. As to those lots marked xx they are sold Ongwarshi paid $530.00 for his & Seaman bought hos from Mr Coleman & Lee baught the corner lot from Mr Coleman for 600 or 650.00 I enclose sketch of OngwarshiΓÇÖs Block which shows lots in said block.
