My dear sir I think $400 is too little for Lot 4 Block 36 with additional 40 ft. It seems quite as good in every way as lot 3, which you say sold for $750.
The deed for lot 3 Blk 17 was made long ago. I told Mr. [ ] who had it in his office to send it to you or give it to Mr. Coleman. I’ll attend to it myself. Mr. Petersen promised me a week or two ago he would begin paying regularly $25 a month from December. Can’t say when I’ll be down. Still busy on house repairs.
