[in margin: Herrin 3 photos of cloudcapped Shasta
August 7. 1913
My dear Mr. Muir,
I enclose the picture of the Mount Shasta Cloud which is very dim as far as the cloud is concerned.
I have never succeeded in getting a good cloud picture. I suppose that is out of my line.
I hope you are well.
The weather here is very warm and I am looking forward
to my usual work and trip with pleasure. tho I suppose it will be very warn at Shasta.
Most Sincerely yours
Wm. F. Herrin
