Dear Johnson:

I've just written to Colby to find out who is reponsible for the loss of your name from the Sierra Club's list of Vice Presidents. You are the King of them all & must "tak' your place aboon them a' "
Some one who is unable to write his name sent me a letter the other day requesting a check for the failing Academy treasurey but of course I could do nothing without [the?] [illegible] treasurers name." Who is he?
