[Robert Underwood] Johnson
Martinez March 23, 1895
My dear Mr Johnson,
Yes, come on & I'll go with you to Alaska or any other wild where! Fiery Tesla of course ought to go to Alaska to blend his fire & Aurora in ice. I'm sorry for Tesla in loosing his models & papers etc but not half so sorry as you are. As an inverntor I know that everything is saved in his own brain. & no burning that spares Tesla can possibly be very significant. Now do come & I'll go. Mrs. M. is wild to see Tesla.
I'm glad to learn that you are at last pleased with my two Alaska articles I did my best on them. Come on, I'll go anywhere with the Johnsons, I have seen nothing on the cutting down of the Yosemite Park.
