I am much indebted for your kind reply to my questions as to [illegible] flowers etc. I should be interested in seeing your letters published in the San Francisco Bulletin 979-80 if you happen to be able & affairs apres & etc numbers in question without much trouble, but I hesitate to inconvenience you by asking for them.

I hope should [you?] be able to send a preliminary account (with [illegible] ) [your?] work of last Summer
