You instructed me to send 2000. and reinvest the bal_ I must tell you there will be nothing to invest as the ballance for a while at least will be in notes at 8% payable in 1-2 & 3 years and it will only be when the property is improved so that the notes will sell that I [stricken word] can again invest any thing for you_ There never seemed to be a better thime than now
