Friend Muir we received your kind letter and was glad to hear from you and that you was enjoying your self among your friends ad flowers I think you will see and gather enough plants without going away down south in the lonely woods where something may gather you. that Friend of yours I have forgotten his name but my how he works at [Mr James M Rays?] came and got his Book and Pictures and said he wood like to go with you but that was to long a trip he is going to St louis now soon/ tell Marill that Janet & Charlie was heare one after noon and had a great romp we are all well at present and hoping that these few lines may find you the same

Cornlia says she is not [illegible] any more but Jessy says that she is to large for you to kiss but you can kiss [Flora?] as mutch as you please I have keep the Robbers one little Boys out of your room so far

Mr Muir misses said I must finish this letter I hav nothing of eny value to send you I am at the factory yet and there is no hops for me yet but I hop the time will soon be when I can go from there wee hav got as mutch work as wee can do there wright soon and let us know how you are nothing more at Presant bt remane yours truly



well Ms. Muir i will tell you something a bout the Sunday school they have got the walls painted and a nice border and we have got a new [illegible] [Music and it is a great deal nic?] than that olden i think it is and i know that you would to we have a great many of visitors here lately your class is remaning at Sunday school, well Mr. Muir i believe that is all i can write at present
