Title
Vlahos, John: Moscone as a lawyer
Abstract
John Vlahos: George as a lawyer sort of had the same characteristics that he did as a politician or a governmental official, in that he was very ambitious, very smart. He wasn’t what I would call an intellectual lawyer, the kind who would be writing great briefs that would go to the Supreme Court, but he was one that had a lot of savvy, a lot of sort of street savvy about litigation. And that, by the way, that is what he did with us when he came to the firm; litigation.
