2 El Cap opp [opposite] Lake Canon 8.100 ft. top brow =2750 Upper portion Canon about 20 [degrees] June 28th ‘73 snow about gone. Bryanthus in flr. Plants all Springful so also happy young awakening streams. Clark crow screaming. Slope middle position 22 [degrees] 3 Glac Fountain cascade. Bottom 6000 ? or 5950 Alt last leap 180 feet Back about 200 feet slope of few degrees stream leaps wildly on bare rock [glancing] heaping and upboiling. [sketch: Lace; [cave]; [cone]] Mealy look but lower most of spray dust fanned out & bare beady crystals left. E. fork [lacy] widening as if falls enters pool on E. side other on W. central on south two dark shades
