[Robert Underwood] Johnson
Martinez May 20, 1890.Dear Mr Johnson. On receipt of your telegram I dashed of this Tuolumne stuff amid many interruptions & is not as good as it should be. Correct anything you see amiss. I am not sure that I understand your telegram but supposed the additional matter was intended for publication with the Yo article. If so I must ask you to see to the splicing as I have no copy of the other M.S. & cannot remember what I have already written. I was pegging away in a general Big Canon Article, when your telegram arrived. Do you want anything further on the CanonEvery yrs truly John Muir[newspaper clipping] [illegible]
