On several properties of the conic sections which intersect with an infinity of other curved lines
Euler presents analytical solutions for geometric problems. The first is to find a curve AMF (relative to an axis AD) such that, at a given distance DE from the axis, the diameter FEG is parallel to the axis AD, and intersects all the ordinates Mm drawn from the axis at a given angle T.
