Dear Mr Muir
When last you wrote you h[illegible] [and?] the hope of your being able to pay us a visit on your homeward journey from Siberia and I hope your visit is mm[illegible] [postponed?] - Ronnie & I had a
very jolly time this year on the W. Coast of Scotland in a 10 ton yacht. We were away a month & as we were sailing it ourselves we had lots of adventures & fun. I am planning a short rip to the Canadian Rockies for next year which may come off if all goes
well. I send you another of my alpine publications which you may like to add to your library
With best regards
