Louie, [Wanda & Helen]

We are camped opposite Whitney Creek. Yesterday we went down to the lake- wh is not of much account the fishy & [willowing?] . The canon is about 2000 ft deep here, & Yosemite like but rough. [illegible] the [head?] is said to be fe[illegible] & deeper. Everybody is happy The Doctors Merriam is leaving us this morning so I have a chance to send this. Well
