My dear Mr Keeler
I'm very glad to hear from you though sorry Mrs Keller's health is still so frail. We all fondly hope rest in the open air will soon renew her strength
How busy you have been with your pen these days, while I have not written a word - days weeks & months consumed in petty cares tinkering the old house - healing earthquake wounds etc. But at last roofs have been made whole, new fires lighted & we want you to come & see us, come as soon as you can, give my kindest regards to Mrs Keeler & all the family & believe me ever faithfully yours
