81 Oct 7th Sunset on Mt [Clark] the most glorious golden glow ever beheld. It had been cloudy all day at eve [evening] the sun broke through dark clds [clouds] purpled & [goldened] mtn edges & glowed clrk beyond conception. So richly yellow yet so spiritual [ ]
