gl [glacier] of exerted consid [considerable] influence. So also on Op [opposite] side gls [glaciers] from [fine] [amphi] with fluted sides

& from basin to S. of it distinctly influenced [trimmed] Lava Rock on E. [east] side of Cop Can [Copper Canyon] on a sheer [force] made by over flow of [ice] from Paradise gl [glacier]

Summit of Copper Crk [creek] trail to Paradise 1000 ft.

Paradise at foot of trail 6900. Head of Paradise 7100 wh [which] is [ ] densely forested Contorta, concolor & Aspen & poplar
