[sketch: [Directions] & [ ] of [many] quarrying of Hoff [trunk]; largest & longest [trunk] has lake; Big [Seperaling] [rigg] [precip] on [N] [striated] on top; smaller Sep ridge; main Hoff trunk Hoff range] All these ranges & divides are crossed by N 35 E lines & altogether appear as one [rim] wh doubtless they are or rather beautiful perfect units chiseled from one mountain rock begotten by long [ages] of glacial activity. 36 [sketch: Big [Trac]; gl marking hollowed; [Dam] lines [merge]; Big Can Tuolumne]
