[2]to tell you about Marian and me. It was being discussed - this news - while we were in the mountains, but now the matter is quite settled. I am to spend this winter here in San Francisco, with her. When I got back here we began the search for a shelter and have taken a flat two blocks east of[3]the college, where we expect to settle ourselves in two or three days. The address is 1435 Willard St. Marian needs me more than anybody else just now, and though it is hard to leave Los Angeles for so long, it seems best for me to do it.
